One lucky Galashiels bingo player at Border Bingo received an unexpected boost to their night out at the bingo on Friday 24th 2024, when they called house on a life changing £50,000 Jackpot on the National Bingo Game.
The young man who is in his mid-20’s was playing bingo with his family; he is a regular at the club and has asked to remain anonymous. While playing at the evening session, all his numbers came up on the National Bingo Game and he scooped the top prize of a whopping £50,000.
Talking with the lucky winner a few days after his win he said it was only just starting to sink in and can’t wait to celebrate at the club with friends and family.
Ryann Stisi, owner of Border Bingo in Galashiels commented, “What a fantastic win especially for one of the smallest clubs in Great Britain, just shows when your numbers come up what can happen. I’m absolutely delighted that one of our customers has won the National Bingo Game £50,000 jackpot prize, now on to the next one!”
