The winning streak kicked off on Wednesday, 10th July, when a player at Mecca Bingo Blackpool scooped the £50,000 jackpot in the National Bingo Game. The stunned winner is already planning to spend her winnings on a well-deserved holiday abroad. Lenny Lubega, General Manager at Mecca Blackpool, said, “There was something special in the air that night. Everyone was buzzing with excitement, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for her!”
Just two days later, on 12th July, a second £50K jackpot winner emerged at Mecca Bingo Wakefield. The regular player, who had mentioned spotting a magpie and feeling lucky, was overwhelmed with joy when her numbers hit. “The whole venue erupted with cheers. She had never won before, and there were a lot of happy tears as players rushed to congratulate her,” shared Michael Palmer, Assistant Manager at Mecca Wakefield.
The winning streak continued at Mecca Bingo Knotty Ash, where the third player won £50,000 on 14th July, just days after returning from holiday.
