Sharon O’Brien from Doncaster, 65, had an unforgettable afternoon on 8th June when she called house on a life-changing £50,000 National Bingo Game jackpot at Regal Bingo in Bridlington.
Aregular visitor with her husband and grown-up son, Sharon was overjoyed to win the top prize on the National Bingo Game during a relaxed Thursday afternoon session.
A Crown Court security officer, Sharon and her husband often visit Bridlington, staying at a nearby caravan park. They’ve become well known to Tim and Nikki Clark, the club’s owners, having visited regularly since the club opened in July 2021.
Still deciding how to spend her windfall, Sharon said, “I thought I’d won £1,000 at first! It was a total shock when Tim confirmed it was £50,000. I’ll pay off my car first and take time to think about how best to use the rest as I approach retirement.”
